| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2gにメタノール20mLを加え，15分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用イカリイン1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／エタノール(99.5)／水混液(8：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た暗紫色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
