| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末0.3gを共栓遠心沈殿管に入れ，ヘキサン3mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜ，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用オクタデシルシリル化シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にメタノール／水混液(9：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.5付近に青白色の蛍光を発するスポットを認める．このスポットは紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，暗紫色を呈する． |
