| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1gにメタノール5mLを加え，15分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過する．ろ液の溶媒を留去し，残留物をメタノール1mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／水混液(8：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに希硫酸を均等に噴霧し，105℃で1分間加熱するとき，Rf値0.4付近に赤紫色のスポットを認める． |
