| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1ｇに酢酸エチル10ｍLを加え、15分間振り混ぜた後、ろ過し、ろ液を試料溶液とする。この液につき、薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う。試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする。次にヘキサン/酢酸エチル混液(3:1)を展開溶媒として約7cm展開した後、薄層板を風乾する。これに、４-メトキシベンズアルデヒド・硫酸試液を均等に噴霧し、105℃で5分間加熱し、適切な温度の下、10分間以上放冷後、紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき、Rf値0.5付近に青色の蛍光を発するスポット、Rｆ値0.1付近に黄色の蛍光を発するスポットを認める。 |
