| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末0.5gにヘキサン10mLを加え，時々振り混ぜながら5分間放置した後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にヘキサン／酢酸エチル混液(20：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.4付近に暗紫色のスポットを認める． |
