| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1.0gにメタノール10mLを加え，還流冷却器を付け，水浴上で15分間穏やかに煮沸し，冷後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用サイコサポニンa 1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／エタノール(99.5)／水混液(8：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに噴霧用4－ジメチルアミノベンズアルデヒド試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た灰褐色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しく，その上側に近接した黄赤色のスポットを認める． |
