| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粗切1gにメタノール10mLを加え，5分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用ロガニン1mgをメタノール2mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／水／ギ酸混液(6：1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに4－メトキシベンズアルデヒド・硫酸試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た赤紫色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
