| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2.0gに水10mL及び1－ブタノール10mLを加え，15分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用ギンセノシドRg1 1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μL及び標準溶液2μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／水混液(14：5：4)を展開溶媒として約7cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに噴霧用バニリン・硫酸・エタノール試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で10分間加熱するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得たスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
