| Analytical Conditions | (１) ヒ素〈1.11〉 本品の粉末0.40gをとり，第4法により検液を調製し，試験を行う(5ppm以下)． (２) ソウジュツ 本品の粉末2.0gをとり，ヘキサン5mLを正確に加え，5分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にヘキサン／アセトン混液(7：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに噴霧用4－ジメチルアミノベンズアルデヒド試液を均等に噴霧し，100℃で5分間加熱するとき，Rf値0.3～0.6に緑色～灰緑色のスポットを認めない． |
