| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2gを共栓遠心沈殿管に入れ，アンモニア試液10mL及び酢酸エチル／ジエチルエーテル混液(1：1) 20mLを加え，20分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離する．上層を分取し，無水硫酸ナトリウム20gを加えて振り混ぜた後，ろ過する．ろ液をとり，溶媒を留去し，残留物をエタノール(99.5)1mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／アンモニア水(28)混液(17：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに噴霧用ドラーゲンドルフ試液を均等に噴霧するとき，Rf値0.4付近及び0.6付近に黄赤色のスポットを認める． |
