| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末3gにヘキサン40mLを加え，還流冷却器を付け，水浴上で30分間加温する．冷後，ろ過し，残留物にアンモニア試液10mL及び酢酸エチル／ジエチルエーテル混液(1：1)30mLを加え，20分間激しく振り混ぜた後，遠心分離する．上澄液を分取し，無水硫酸ナトリウム10gを加えて振り混ぜた後，ろ過する．ろ液を留去し，残留物をエタノール(99.5)0.5mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液20μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／アンモニア水(28)混液(10：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これにドラーゲンドルフ試液を均等に噴霧するとき，Rf値0.4付近に黄褐色のスポットを認める． |
