| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1.0gに酢酸エチル5mLを加え，15分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液20μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にヘキサン／酢酸エチル混液(10：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾するとき，Rf値0.6付近に黄色の主スポットを認める． |
