| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2gにメタノール10mLを加え，3分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．別にプエラリン標準品1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液2μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／水混液(12：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た青白色の蛍光を発するスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
