| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末3gにメタノール30mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液をとる．メタノールを留去し，残留物に水30mL及び酢酸エチル50mLを加えて振り混ぜる．上層をとり，無水硫酸ナトリウム10gを加えて振り混ぜた後，ろ過する．ろ液をとり，酢酸エチルを留去し，残留物に酢酸エチル1mLを加え，試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液20μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／酢酸(100)混液(100：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，Rf値約0.4付近に青白色の蛍光を発するスポットを認める． |
