| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1gにメタノール20mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液の溶媒を留去し，残留物をメタノール1mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用ルテオリン1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／2－ブタノン／水／ギ酸混液(25：3：1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに塩化鉄(Ⅲ)・メタノール試液を均等に噴霧するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た暗緑色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
