| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1gに酢酸エチル5mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にヘキサン／アセトン混液(5：2)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.3付近に青紫色の蛍光を発するスポットを認める． |
