| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1.0gに水20mLを加え，水浴上で5分間加温し，直ちにろ過する．ろ液を分液漏斗に入れ，1－ブタノール20mLずつで2回抽出する．全抽出液を合わせ，水浴上で1－ブタノールを減圧留去し，残留物をメタノール1mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．別にパラオキシ安息香酸1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液5μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／エタノール(99.5)／水混液(20：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た暗紫色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい．また，試料溶液から得たパラオキシ安息香酸に相当するスポットの移動距離を1とするとき，その相対距離0.3付近に暗紫色のスポットを認める． |
