| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1gにメタノール10mLを加え，15分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過する．ろ液を蒸発乾固し，残留物をメタノール2mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／水／メタノール／酢酸(100)混液(200：10：10：3)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.3付近に青白色の蛍光を発するスポットを認める． |
