| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末0.5gにメタノール20mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にアセトン／酢酸エチル／水混液(15：10：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに希硫酸を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，Rf値0.4付近に赤紫色のスポットを認める． |
