| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2gにメタノール10mLを加え，還流冷却器を付け，10分間加熱する．冷後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にアセトン／酢酸エチル／水／酢酸(100)混液(10：10：3：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.3付近に紫色のスポットを認める．このスポットは，1－ナフトール・硫酸試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，黄緑色～灰緑色を呈する． |
