| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末3gに1－ブタノール10mLを加えて振り混ぜ，水10mLを加えて30分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を分取する．この液を減圧で溶媒を留去し，残留物にメタノール1mLを加え，静かに振り混ぜた後，上澄液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／水混液(12：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.3付近に2つのスポットを認める．また，これに炭酸ナトリウム試液を均等に噴霧した後，紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，これらのスポットは青紫色の蛍光を発する． |
