| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1gにメタノール10mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に水／メタノール混液(1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに噴霧用ドラーゲンドルフ試液を均等に噴霧し，直ちに亜硝酸ナトリウム試液を均等に噴霧するとき，Rf値0.5付近に灰褐色のスポットを認める．このスポットは，風乾するとき，直ちに退色し，後に消失する． |
