| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末0.5gにメタノール5mLを加え，3分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にヘキサン／アセトン混液(9：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これにバニリン・硫酸試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で加熱するとき，Rf値0.4付近に赤色のスポットを認める． |
