| Analytical Conditions | 本品の乾燥物0.2gに対応する量をとり，水5mL，希塩酸1mL及びジエチルエーテル10mLを加えて，15分間振り混ぜ，遠心分離する．ジエチルエーテル層を分取し，減圧で溶媒を留去した後，残留物をメタノール5mLに溶かし，試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用10－ヒドロキシ－2－(E)－デセン酸2mgをメタノール1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液20μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲル(蛍光剤入り)を用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に1－プロパノール／アンモニア水(28)混液(7：3)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長254nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得たスポットは，標準溶液から得た暗紫色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
