| Analytical Conditions | 確認試験 (１) (Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn) 本品の粉末1gにメタノール10mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用(±)－プラエルプトリンA 1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かして標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にジエチルエーテル／ヘキサン混液(3：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た青紫色の蛍光を発するスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． (２) (Angelica decursiva Franchet et Savatier) 本品の粉末1gにメタノール10mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用ノダケニン1mgをメタノール1mLに溶かして標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／メタノール／水混液(12：2：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得た紫色の蛍光を発するスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
