| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2.0gにエタノール(95)5mLを加え水浴上で5分間加温し，冷後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用(E)－カプサイシン1mgをエタノール(95)1mLに溶かし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にジエチルエーテル／メタノール混液(19：1)を展開溶媒として約12cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに2,6－ジブロモ－N－クロロ－1,4－ベンゾキノンモノイミン試液を均等に噴霧し，アンモニアガス中に放置するとき，試料溶液から得たスポットは，標準溶液から得た青色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
