| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末1gにメタノール5mLを加え，5分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．別に薄層クロマトグラフィー用クロロゲン酸1mgをメタノール2mLに溶かし，標準溶液(1)とする．また，薄層クロマトグラフィー用ロガニン1mgをメタノール2mLに溶かし，標準溶液(2)とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液，標準溶液(1)及び標準溶液(2)10μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次に酢酸エチル／水／ギ酸混液(6：1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液(1)から得た青白色の蛍光を発するスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい．また，薄層板に4－メトキシベンズアルデヒド・硫酸試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液(2)から得た赤紫色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しい． |
