| Analytical Conditions | 本品0.50gを正確に量り，水／メタノール混液(1：1)に溶かして正確に50mLとし，試料溶液とする．別にマルトース水和物20.0mgを正確に量り，水／メタノール混液(1：1)に溶かして正確に5mLとし，標準溶液とする．これらの液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液及び標準溶液1μLずつを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板に互いに等しい直径の円形状にスポットする．次に2－ブタノン／水／酢酸(100)混液(3：1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに噴霧用塩化2,3,5－トリフェニル－2H－テトラゾリウム・メタノール試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，試料溶液から得た数個のスポットのうち1個のスポットは，標準溶液から得ただいだい色のスポットと色調及びRf値が等しく，そのスポットは，標準溶液から得たスポットより大きく，かつ，濃い． |
