| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末3.0ｇにメタノール5mLを加え、15分間振り混ぜた後、遠心分離し、上澄液を試料溶液とする。この液につき、薄層クロマトグラフィー<2.03>により試験を行う。試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調整した薄層板にスポットする。次に、メタノール/水/酢酸(100)混液(８：１：１)を展開溶媒として約7cm展開した後、薄層板を風乾する。これに2，3-インドリンジオン0,1ｇをアセトン50mLに溶かした液を均等に噴霧し、105℃で5分間加熱するとき、Rf値0.4付近に青紫色のスポットを認める。 |
