| Analytical Conditions | （１）重金属〈1.07〉本品の粉末3.0 gをとり，第3法により操作し，試験を行う． 比較液には鉛標準液3.0 mLを加える（10 ppm 以下）. （２）ヒ素〈1.11〉本品の粉末0.40 gをとり，第4法により検液を調製し，試験を行う（5 ppm 以下）. （３）ラポンチシン 本品の粉末0.5 gをとり，エタノール（95）10 mL を正確に加え，還流冷却器を付けて水浴上で 10 分間加温した後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする． この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10 μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用 シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする． 次にイソプロピルエーテル/メタノール/1-ブタノール混液（26:7:7）を展開溶媒として約10 cm 展開した後， 薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線（主波長365 nm）を照射するとき, Rf値0.3～0.6に青白色の蛍光を発する スポットを認めることがあっても青紫色の蛍光を発するスポットを認めない． |
