| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末0.5gにメタノール10mLを加え，3分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にアセトン／ヘキサン混液(1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.5付近に青色の蛍光を発する主スポットを認める． |
