Summary | The growing point of rhizome of P. lactiflora trichocarpa is used as explant and cultivated under low O (15-1%) and in the presence of chelated iron such as NaFeEDTA 10-100 μM for micropropagation without browning of the culture broth. The method is used for commercial manufacture of the P. lactiflora trichocarpa which has male sterility and which is useful for making crude drug. |
