| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末0.3gにメタノール3mLを加え，10分間振り混ぜた後，遠心分離し，上澄液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液5μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にヘキサン／酢酸エチル混液(9：2)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これにバニリン・硫酸試液を均等に噴霧し，105℃で5分間加熱するとき，Rf値0.6付近に濃青紫色のスポットを認める． |
