| Analytical Conditions | 本品の粉末2gにメタノール10mLを加え，15分間振り混ぜた後，ろ過し，ろ液を試料溶液とする．この液につき，薄層クロマトグラフィー〈2.03〉により試験を行う．試料溶液10μLを薄層クロマトグラフィー用シリカゲルを用いて調製した薄層板にスポットする．次にメタノール／酢酸アンモニウム溶液(3→10)／酢酸(100)混液(20：1：1)を展開溶媒として約10cm展開した後，薄層板を風乾する．これに紫外線(主波長365nm)を照射するとき，Rf値0.4付近に黄緑色の蛍光を発するスポット，Rf値0.35付近に黄色の蛍光を発するスポットを認める．また，噴霧用ドラーゲンドルフ試液を均等に噴霧し，風乾後，亜硝酸ナトリウム試液を均等に噴霧するとき，Rf値0.6付近に褐色のスポットを認める． |
